Every lessee signs separately and receives a separate portal account and separate building and office access codes. Only the primary lessee above is billed. Leave a row completely blank if it is not needed.

Save your card to complete your application. Your card will be saved but not charged today. If your lease application is approved, we will charge your first payment and begin your recurring monthly rent billing on the terms stated in your lease, using the card you save now. If your application is not approved, your card will not be charged, and we will delete your saved card within 30 days. Your card details are stored securely by Stripe, our payment processor; we do not see or store your full card number. Saving a card does not guarantee approval; approval is at Generic Holdings LLC's discretion. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout, never on this page. If a saved card is declined when we try to charge it, we will contact you with another way to pay rather than charging a different card automatically. This form goes straight to us, no third parties.
