Book a self-guided tour

A self-guided tour issues a door code to a building with tenants in it, so we verify who you are first. We use Stripe Identity, a service of Stripe, Inc. Stripe will ask you to photograph a government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport or state ID card) and to take a picture of your face, and it will use facial-recognition technology to compare the two. Stripe processes that information as our service provider under its privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

We receive the verification result and keep one image of the front of your ID, together with the result, for 30 days after your tour, after which the image is deleted automatically. It is available only to 124 South Main staff and is used only to issue your door code and, if you later apply for a lease, to save you uploading the same ID again. We do not keep the picture of your face.

By checking the box you consent to this verification, including Stripe's collection and use of your ID images and facial geometry for the purpose of comparing them, and to our keeping the front-of-ID image as described.
