Agreement

These terms apply to anyone who books, applies for, or otherwise uses services at 124 South Main Street, operated by Historic Jonesboro Executive Offices (a trade name of Generic Holdings LLC). By booking a tour, conference room, or day desk, submitting a lease or virtual-office application, or otherwise using our site, you agree to these terms.

Services

We offer executive offices, drop-in coworking day desks, an hourly conference room, and virtual office addresses at 124 South Main Street, Jonesboro, GA. Current published rates are shown on our pricing page and on each service's own page at the time of booking; rates are subject to change.

Bookings and payment

Paid bookings (day desks, conference room time, virtual office subscriptions) are processed through our payment processor, Stripe, and are confirmed once payment is completed. Office leases and virtual office agreements are separately documented and e-signed; those documents, not these general terms, govern the specific rights and obligations of a tenant or virtual-office client.

Cancellations and refunds

Use the cancel link in your booking confirmation email any time before your booking starts. Free cancellation up to 4 hours before your booking; inside 4 hours there is no refund. Once it has started, call or text (470) 7-OFFICE.

Building access and conduct

Access codes and keycard credentials are issued for your booking or lease term only and may not be shared. Members and guests are expected to use the building lawfully and respectfully; we may deny or revoke access for illegal activity, damage to the property, or conduct that disrupts other tenants or guests.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

Program: 124 South Main Street text messages, sent by Historic Jonesboro Executive Offices, 124 South Main Street, Jonesboro, GA 30236.

What we send: If you check the text message box on one of our forms, we send access codes for a booked tour, conference room, or day desk; booking reminders; application, account, and tenant notices; and replies to texts you send us. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any booking, application, or purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. Reply HELP for help. You can also reach us at hello@124southmainstreet.com or (470) 7-OFFICE.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share or sell your mobile number or text message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

No warranty; limitation of liability

Our services are provided on an as-is, as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Historic Jonesboro Executive Offices is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our space, our website, or our booking portal. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Georgia law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Clayton County, Georgia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
