Frequently asked questions
Answers about offices, conference-room bookings, and virtual offices at 124 South Main Street.
Can I book the conference room the same day?
Yes. If a time is available on the booking calendar, you can reserve it online.
What if I need to cancel?
Use the cancel link in your booking confirmation email any time before your booking starts. Free cancellation up to 4 hours before your booking; inside 4 hours there is no refund. Once it has started, call or text (470) 7-OFFICE.
Do leased office tenants pay for conference-room time?
No. Leased office tenants may reserve unlimited* conference-room time at no charge, 24 hours a day. Public bookings follow the hours, availability, and price shown on the booking page.
* Unlimited means you can book as often as you like, within acceptable use: up to 4 hours per booking, 2 bookings a day, up to 30 days ahead. Extra time, when the calendar shows it open, is at the hourly rate. The lease has the full terms.
Can attorneys use the conference room?
Yes. Attorneys may reserve the conference room for depositions, real estate closings, client meetings, and other legal meetings.
How does the virtual-office application work?
Submit the application first. We review your business type and address use. If approved, we send you a secure payment link. Service begins after payment.
Why do you ask what kind of business I have?
The building is in Jonesboro's H-1 historic district. Some uses need City approval, and an unlisted use may need a zoning-administrator decision. The virtual-office mail-handling classification also needs confirmation with the City. We review these questions before approving an application. This is a guide, not legal advice. The City decides approvals and issues business licenses.
