Who we are

Historic Jonesboro Executive Offices (a trade name of Generic Holdings LLC) operates 124 South Main Street, Jonesboro, GA 30236. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, booking portal, and tenant forms, and how we use it.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly, including your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and, where applicable, payment and business information, when you:

Book a tour, conference room, or day desk
Apply for an office lease or virtual office
Contact us through a form on our site
Use the tenant portal as a leaseholder

Payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store your card number.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to process bookings and applications, send confirmations and access codes, respond to inquiries, operate the tenant portal, and keep records required for our business and tax obligations.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile phone number and check the text message box on one of our forms, we may text you:

Access codes for a booked tour, conference room, or day desk
Reminders about an upcoming booking
Account and tenant notices (for example, rent due dates or a reply to a message you sent us)
Replies to messages you send our number

Message frequency varies depending on your bookings and account activity. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Your number is used only to send the messages described above, through the text messaging platform that delivers them for us.

How long we keep information

Photo ID uploaded for a self-guided tour: deleted automatically 30 days after the tour.
Photo ID uploaded for a conference room or day desk booking: kept for the life of your record with us and for one year after it closes, so a returning booker is not asked again. Your record closes one year after your last booking, or earlier on your written request; the ID is deleted one year after that.
Photo ID and screening documents provided with an office lease or virtual office application: kept for at least three years after the lease or agreement ends.
Booking, application and account records: kept as long as we need them for our business, tax and legal obligations.

Service providers we use

To run the building and the portal, we work with a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf, including a payment processor, an email delivery provider, an e-signature provider, a door-access/keycard system, and a text messaging platform. Each is bound to use your information only to provide their service to us, not for their own purposes.

Cookies and site analytics

Our website may use basic cookies and analytics to understand site usage and improve the site. This does not include selling your data to advertisers.

Your choices

Text messages: reply STOP at any time, as described above.
Email: an unsubscribe link is included in non-transactional emails.
To review, correct, or ask us to delete information we hold about you, contact us using the details below.

Children's privacy

Our services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
